On behalf of Iranian (Iranica) Journal of Energy & Environment (IJEE) editorial board members are very thankful to all authors, reviewers, editorial and advisory board members. We wish to express our gratitude for the special event as Christmas time and the coming new year 2022.

In 2021, IJEE received more than 140 research articles. All submitted papers were checked for plagiarism by “PlagScan”. After evaluation through double blinded review process, 89 article were rejected and 42 papers were reviewed, revised and then published in 4 regular issues. The rate of acceptance for IJEE was 24%. IJEE is an international journal, a suitable media for publication of papers submitted from all over the world; e.g.: Iran, India, Brazil, Nigeria, UK, Indonesia, etc. The detail of regional distributions illustrated in the following figure. In fact, IJEE is indexed by Chemical Abstract, Global Impact Factor, CrossRef, EBSCO, ISC, CIVILICA, CNKI, NLA, Worldcat, a division of American Chemical Society, Google Scholar and many more. 

     We hope that in 2022 IJEE would be promoted with significant contributions for indexing in Scopus and Emerging Sources Citation Index with your kind support. Merry Christmas & Wish you all very prosperous and happy new year 2022.
